There is a fantastic curry house there. Can't remember name, Royal India maybe?, not far from the church with colorful tiled roof. Really cheap to.

Been a few times, my wife has family in the north of slovakia.
Can't remember the name of the bar, but in th emain square by the university buildings there is a big pub - good food and beer and fairly cheap.
Loads of shit soviet architecture right next to beautiful viennese style facades.

I saw West Ham play Slovan Bratislava in a friendly in 1970.

Btw, I've been there, lovely town. Trendy bars/restaurants/people, etc. The castle is worth a look if you aint all total piss heads.

went there is 2006 and it was absolute shit. A backwater compared to prague and budapest. Still, youve got to work with what youve got and it sounds better than the place i went to which was a soviet hostel and a night out drinking non alcoholic beer because it was some sort of shit festival. the strip bars were also shite.

I went there and watched steel panther once. It was pretty amazing but I have absolutely no idea where I went let alone the bar names

Kotvas for tits. Harley Davidson for mud wrestling.and don't ask the taxi drivers to take you to a club if you mean disco as you well end up in a brothel. Also a good bar is Coyote Ugly. But beware the barmaids.If the get you on the bar you will end up naked.
